1. Charges

Charge rates, irrespective of the number of items, are as follows:

2. Customs or import duties

Packages delivered outside the UK may incur customs or import taxes. AFCW have no control over customs or import charges incurred when the package reaches your country. The order recipient is liable for all such charges and we cannot refund customers who do not receive shipments because these costs have been declined. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be pleased to exchange or refund provided they are returned within 14 days in new/unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice/packing note.

Please note that all returns must be sent back using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost goods or postal costs incurred when returning non-faulty goods. All claims for faulty products must be agreed by the Club and accompanied by a postal receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
